I have worked with quite a few Real Estate Agents over the years, and Danny is second to none. He helped rent my home in MD from 2005 to 2013, and he found some of the best tenants. Due to his thorough screening, the tenants did a good job of taking care of our house and paying the rent on time. When time came to sell our home around August/September 2013, Danny sold it for us and he was honest in every thing he did. He did a thorough competitive analysis and got us the best price.Danny is passionate about his Real Estate business and reliable, and he puts his clients first. Danny is a wonderful real estate agent. He is very responsive and kept in touch throughout the home buying and renting process. You can always expect him to return calls that same day. Another thing that really set Danny apart was that he was attentive to my family's needs and what we wanted in a home. He sought out the perfect home for us and kept supporting us in our house hunt as our needs evolved, even through a short sale that fell through, the decision to move to Florida, and then changing our minds! I never felt pressured working with Danny. His extensive real estate experience was also crucial to our house hunt. He helped us get the house we wanted at a great price with closing help. My wife and I had a great time working with Danny. We switched from waiting for a short-sale to be approved to buying a completely different house on very short notice. SOLD THREE HOUSES FOR ME. ALL IN DIFFICULT MARKET TIMES. TWO OF THE HOUSES A PREVIOUS SALES AGENT FAILED TO MAKE A SALE AFTER MONTHS OF TRYING TO DO SO. MY OBSERVATION IN EACH INSTANCE DANNY PAID MUCH MORE PERSONAL ATTENTION TO THE PROCESS. HE ALSO HAD MORE EXPERTISE IN MATCHING BUYERS TO THE HOUSES I HAD FOR SALE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
